Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by Conference Organizers, registration will be refunded in full. If cancellation is requested, a refund (less 20% administrative fee), if written notice is received before March 1, 2003. We will be unable to provide refunds for cancellations made after this date, however, substitutions will be accepted. This conference is not responsible for any losses associated with cancellation of individual rooms or other related travel expenses. In the event of an unforeseen event, the conference organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the date of the conference.
